Who receives it

Enquiries submitted through the website are delivered using Resend, our email delivery provider, and are received in Softbetter's business email systems. We do not sell your information or use enquiry details for unrelated advertising.

How long we keep it

We normally keep unsuccessful enquiry information for up to 12 months so we can continue the conversation and understand prior contact. If the enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant records may be retained for longer where needed for the contract, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.

Cookies and analytics

This first release does not use advertising analytics or non-essential cookies. Essential hosting or security infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
